Hello Footsteps Family,

This is a reminder to join Black Voice News at a book signing event for Dr. Dawn Wright, Inland Empire resident and Esri’s Chief Scientist. Dr. Wright became the first Black person to dive to the deepest point on Earth, Challenger Deep, in the western Pacific Ocean. Her book “Mapping The Deep” tells the story of that exploration as well as of her journey as an oceanographer and geographer. 

We are extending a special invitation to Footsteps participants who may be interested in meeting Dr. Wright and learning more about her work.
